Leona E. Hill, 92 Rockton, Illinois, died at 11:01 a. ., Sunday, June 1, 2014 at home.

Born September 1, 1921 in Rockford, Illinois, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ona Gale and Flora May (Hoover) Woodard. Married to Keith Hill. She was a member of Old Stone Church.

Survivors include three sons, Kenneth and William, both of Wyoming and Richard (Carleen), Illinois; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and brother William.

Funeral ceremonies will be held at 6:00 p.m., Friday, June 13, 2014 in McCorkle Funeral Home-Rockton Chapel, 767 N Blackhawk Blvd, Rockton, Illinois with Pastor John Spangler of Christ our Savior Lutheran Church, Roscoe, Illinois officiating. Burial will be in Rockton Township Cemetery, 600 West Street, Rockton, Illinois. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 5:00 until time of service Friday
