Mike Noller - July 24,1945 - December 11, 2022
Michael Lee Noller 77, passed away under hospice care in Arizona on December 11, 2022. He was born July 24, 1945 in Beloit Memorial Hospital to Allen and Esther Trost Noller. He graduated from Hononegah High School in 1963. He was drafted into the US Army shortly after high school and served in Viet Nam. After his military service he returned to work at the family business Noller & Sons with his father and older brother Gary. The family built many homes in the Rockton area and provided a variety of services to farms, businesses and homeowners primarily general contracting focusing on plumbing and heating.
Mike was active as well in several organizations over the years including serving as Assistant Fire Chief for the Rockton Fire Department - was post commander at American Legion Post 332, Rockton 1985-1986 - was a board member and Treasurer of the Rockton Fire Protection District. He enjoyed fishing and car shows making many friends along the way
He was predeceased by his parents, Allen (1980) and Esther (2007) and his only brother Gary in May 2022. At his request there were no funeral services. Cremation rites were accorded. Burial was private in Rockton Township Cemetery. McCorkle Funeral Home, Rockton assisted with arrangements
